Take 15 – 20 minutes to complete one of these exercises.
1. Free write! No guidelines.
2. "It was too late - I had allowed hope to settle
in my chest and now it was strangling me." Use this sentence as a launching
point for your writing.
3. Think back to a familiar image/place from childhood.
Write about that image using the vocabulary and observations of the age you
were when you first discovered that image/place.
